HOW TO HAVE AN EFFICIENT TOURNAMENT
The staff at Morningview Park will assist you in all aspects of your tournament. Your contact will be Harry Morgan.
To guarantee a successful event:
- Date and time of your tournament will be guaranteed and secured when your deposit is received.
- Make your participants aware of the date and time of your tournament well in advance
- Have all participants be at the golf course 30 minutes prior to tee time
- Collect payment from your players in advance
- We suggest all teams be made equal according to handicaps or ability. This will not only help in speed and enjoyment of play, but also give fairness to all teams
BILLING AND PAYMENT
- Non-refundable tournament deposit of $500.00 is required at time of booking to secure your date
- Final number of golfers and meals is required 7 day prior to event. Group will be charged according to numbers given at that time
- Tournament costs are due and payable at completion of event
- Individual tabs can be run, but must be accompanied by a Visa or MasterCard imprint
